WARRANTY POLICY

Lajosi Engineering warrants most products for quality for a period of 100 days after receipt. All claims under warranty, prior to returning, must receive an Authorised Return Number (AR#). Any product not following the above procedure will not be processed.

An AR# can be obtained by contacting us directly, either through the contact us page or be emailing team@lajosi.com.au.

Any defective products may be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent products.

Warranty will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Products received by customer more than 100 days ago
  • Products damaged by abused, or otherwise altered post-manufacture
  • Products without proof of purchase

Other conditions where warranty is void may also apply.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Lajosi Engineering offers returns or exchanges for most products for 30 days from the date of receipt. All claims returns or exchanges, prior to returning, must receive an Authorised Return Number (AR#). Any product not following the above procedure will not be processed.

Returns for non-custom products will be in the form of a merchandise credit to be used towards future products. Shipping expenses for product exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Lajosi Engineering reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.

Items not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Any custom made or modified products.
  • Products that have been used or worn, and not in sellable condition
  • Products that are damaged, abused, or altered
  • Products damaged by abused, or otherwise altered post-manufacture
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Products received by customer more than 30 days ago
  • Gift Cards or Merchandise Credits
