Finish styles for your custom putter

Raw Milled Finish

if you're a fiend for seeing the industrial style mill marks, you gotta go for the Raw Milled finish (see milling lines remain in picture).

We only recommend this with our Italian Stainless Steel (SS or SSS) or German Stainless Steel (GSS) options.

Aqua Marine Satin Finish

After a Stainless putter is milled we typically like to do the Aqua Marine Satin Finish. this finish knocks down the glare a little bit and makes the silver appear more muted and soft.

Torched Champaign Finish

If you want a little flare to your Aqua Marine Satin finish you could go with a light torch job to get to this Champaign Torched Finish

Golden Torched Finish

If you want a little flare to your Aqua Marine Satin finish you could go with a lighter torch job to get to this Golden Torched Finish

Torched Sunburnt Finish

If you know Australia - you know it's hot. This Sunburnt Torched finish is one of our most popular finishes. At the sunburnt level you start to get some fun hues in the edges of the cavities.

The next colour on the torching scale is the Torched Ice ColdSilver finish which as hues of blue an purple. Sometimes the Sunburnt finish features hints of the Torched Silver Finish

Torched Ice Cold Silver Finish

The last colour in the torching scale is the Torched Ice Cold Silver Finish. This finish is perfect for the player that just wants a standard silver finish that doesn't have any reflection in the sun. You can knock off the most shine by requesting the finish to be prepared with Aqua Marine Finish and then Sandblasted once again before torching. The extra sandblasting gives a nice even flat Blue/Silver finish

Midnight Black Finish

The midnight black finish is what exactly what you think it is. Black.

This finish works best on Carbon Putters only. At this point in time PVD is not available in Australia, because of this we suggest a non-black for stainless as our current midnight black tends to prematurely wear - when this changes in the future we will change our policy. if you choose black on stainless you're doing so knowing it will wear.

This finish on Mild Carbon Putters requires upkeep. it does not seal the putter completely and will rust if not maintained properly.

Oil Can Finish

The Oil Can Finish is guaranteed to make your putter one of kind. The one off nature of heating and treating the the steel is sure to bring attention to your wand.

The Oil Can finish can be applied to both Mild Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel putters.

This finish on Mild Carbon Putters requires upkeep. it does not seal the putter completely and will rust if not maintained properly.

Torched High Polish Blue Carbon

this finish is probably the most eye catching finish we offer. This finish can only be done to very specific putters. To get the Electric Blue colour the putter needs to be made of Carbon Steel and polished back to a mirror like finish then torched on high heat.

Antique Copper Finish

The Antique Copper Finish is a finish that's going to guarantee your putter is one of kind. Because the finish has parts that are brushed on, there is no possible way you can have the same finish done twice.

Lusty Rusty Finish

This finish may not be for everyone, but those who love it - love it! It's sure to be one of kind and the way we finish it - you have to take care of it!
